Having a well-managed classroom
will provide an environment which is conducive to learning, and the one who is responsible
for doing this is the teacher. As a special education teacher, setting rules
and routines will help children with autism to understand the differences and
transition in their lives. It will also help them to learn what behavior is appropriate
in any situations.
I agree that an effective teacher is a good manager. They say that a classroom is like a forest that is full of different wild animals, and as a future educator it is your duty to tame the wild. Make a difference and a positive change to your future students :)
